Emma Francine Malone

Emma Francine Thompson Malone was born July 5, 1928 in Portland, Oregon. She went home to be with our Lord, Jesus Christ, in Taylor, Arizona on November 15, 2015. Her parents were Charles and Sarah Thompson Emma was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Frank Malone and son, William P. Malone. She is survived by her sister, Nell Franklyn of Florence, Oregon and son, Michael (Peggy) Malone of Taylor, Arizona. Her family moved to Arizona in 1939 to cut railroad ties. Just after the war ended she met Frank Malone and they were married on June 1, 1946 in Holbrook, Arizona. Emma was best known, throughout northeastern Arizona, for her many years of involvement with the 4-H youth program. It was her desire to see 4-H grow and flourish in all rural areas of Arizona. Services will be held at a future date.
