Lenora Kasey, of North Fork, Navajo County, Arizona was called home to heaven on September 17, 2015 in the comfort of her home in North Fork. She was 85. Lenora was born on April 15, 1930 in North Fork to her parents the late, Wheeler and Nora (Ethelbah) Baha. Lenora was a Christian lady who loved to serve the Lord. She was an active member of the Open Bible Lutheran Church in Whiteriver and participated in the church choir. She was also an active member of the Lutheran Ladies Aide Society where she would travel all over to attend ladies conferences. She retired in 1998 from the Whiteriver School District#20 where she was a cook. She enjoyed sewing, reading, gardening, cooking and word find puzzles. She is survived by a son, Arthur Kasey Sr.; daughters, Betty Machuse, Joni Kasey and Amber Cromwell; brother, Burel Baha Sr.; sisters, Genevieve Ethelbah and Delphina Albert; 15 grandchildren;18 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren; 10 Godchildren and many extended family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Wren Kasey; son, Emmerson Kasey and a daughter, Annette Kasey. A viewing will be starting 7:00 A.M. Monday, September 21, 2015 at the Open Bible Lutheran Church, 18 W. Oak St., Whiteriver with the funeral service to begin at 10:00 A.M.. Interment will follow in the Chieftain Cemetery in North Fork.
