Danny D. Dahm Sr. was released from the loving arms of his family to our Savior Jesus Christ on Thursday July 16, 2015 at 8:56pm. He was born on June 7, 1947 in Mesa Arizona. Dan grew up in St. Johns, Springerville, Tucson and Show Low. He graduated from Snowflake High School and attended Eastern Arizona College. He enlisted in the United States Army in 1968 and served in Massachusetts and Berlin, Germany. He was discharged in 1971. He then moved his family back to Show Low where he worked for White Mountain Passenger Lines, MAC Tools and finally retiring from Show Low Schools Transportation Department. Dan was preceded in death by his father Raymond F. Dahm and mother Norene Raban Dahm. Dan is survived by his loving wife of 47 years Wanda Sue (Mills) Dahm, son Danny (wife Olivia) Dahm Jr., daughter Jennifer Dahm Rychtik, sister and brother in-law Cindy and Pinky Rova, mother in-law Saint' Shirley Mills (Phoenix AZ), sister in-law and brother in-law Patti and Mike Sell (Phoenix AZ), sister in-law Charlene Mills (Phoenix AZ), sister in-law Carolyn Fountain (Phoenix AZ), grandsons William (wife Sara) Dahm (Portage WI), Michael Dahm, Justin Rychtik (Peoria AZ), Joshua Dahm, Timothy Dahm, Malek Padilla, Kyler Dahm (Scottsdale AZ), four great grandchildren Grayson, Jakob & Finn Dahm (Portage WI) and Isabella Rychtik, four nieces, four nephews, countless aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Dan was an amazing husband and father. He always put his family first and went over and above to help his children and family. Dan was also a great friend who was always there to help a friend and sometimes a complete stranger in need. Dan was an avid outdoorsman. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and gold panning. He certainly touched the lives of many and will be greatly missed by his family and friends. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
