Jack Edward Tanner, 87 of Las Vegas, Nevada passed away on June 29, 2015. Jack was born to Roy C. and Lilly Belle Tanner in Waynesboro, Mississippi. He was a United States Army Veteran. Jack worked as an electrician for 8 years at the Nevada Test Site as well as many years in many other states as an electrician. His spare time was spent driving Sprint cars for many years. He was an owner of a Sprint car and passed this passion down to his grandsons. Jack also enjoyed fishing. Jack is survived by his wife of 67 years, Eloise; his daughter Jackie and her husband Clint; two grandsons, Darrell and wife Holly, and Jeremy and wife Tami; his two step great grandchildren Anthony and Kelsie. He also has one great grandchild on the way. Graveside services for Jack will be held 2:00PM Saturday, July 11, 2015 at the Show Low Cemetery. Military Honors will be rendered by the Veterans of The White Mountains.
