Robert H. Kozakiewicz

Robert H. Kozakiewicz, age 80, passed away on Tuesday, March 10, 2015 at his residence in Pinetop, Arizona. He was born June 10, 1934 in New York City, New York to John Louis Kozakiewicz and Mary Elizabeth Gadarik Kozakiewicz. Robert was a fabricator in the tool and die business. He also served in the United States Army. His wife Theresa Ann preceded him in death on December 6, 2014. No public services are scheduled at this time. We will update this site if more information becomes available. Arrangements were handled thru Owens Livingston Mortuary-White Mountain Crematory in Show Low, Arizona.
