Robert Priddy Harvey, Jr.

Robert Priddy Harvey, Jr., 85, passed away peacefully December 20, 2014 at his home in Holbrook surrounded by his family. Robert was born on October 4, 1929, in Lueders, Texas. He was born to Cora Serine Brown and Robert Priddy Harvey, Sr. He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Barbara, their children, Greg (Colleen), Nancy (Jim) and Bruce (Renee). He has 11 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren. Robert was a faithful member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served in many capacities. He served in the Army as a medic during the Korean Conflict. Robert worked as an officer for the Department of Public Safety from 1953-1978. After his service with DPS, he was the City Magistrate for Holbrook, AZ from 1980-1997. A viewing will be held on Friday evening, December 26, 2014 from 6-8 p.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Stake Center at 1127 Helen Ave. Holbrook, Arizona. Services will be held Saturday, December 27, 2014 at the Stake Center, Holbrook, Arizona at 10:00 a.m. A viewing will precede the service on Saturday from 9-10 a. m.
