Jeannette M. Lasch, of Pinetop, Arizona went to her place in heaven on December 13, 2014. Jeannette was born to the late Maurice Joseph and Jeannette (Steiniger) Keezer on September 5, 1927 in Bronx, New York. Jeannette is preceded in death by her husband, Cyrus T. Lasch; sister, Cora Nelson; brothers: Pete and Joseph Keezer. She is survived by 3 children: Cyrus (Kathleen) Lasch, Jr., Jeannette (David) McCluer, Robert John Lasch; 7 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; brothers: Vincent, Kenneth, Clifford; and many nieces and nephews. Jeannette was always a high energy person who always spoke her mind, and kept her family priority #1. Jeannette moved to Pinetop, Arizona from Tucson after retirement. During Jeannette's time in Tucson, besides raising her family, she worked as the advertising manager for the University of Arizona Daily Wildcat and also served as the Pima County Assessor's administrator assistant. During this time, Jeannette became very involved with politics. She was president for the Tucson Advertising Club as well as the Pima County Women's Republican Club. After moving to Pinetop, Jeannette remained active in volunteering at Show Low's Summit Healthcare Regional Medical Center. Jeannette will truly be missed, and we will celebrate her strength, courage, and love for family through her children and grandchildren for generations to come. Jeannette's family will have a special private family memorial service. The family is most grateful for the care she received from Hospice Compassus.
