Alice Evangeline Kishbaugh passed away peacefully with family around her at the age of 81 in Show Low, Arizona on December 9, 2014 from Multiple Myeloma. She was born August 16, 1933 in Middlefield, Otsego County, New York to Luella and Laurence Boyd. She had a sweet and loving disposition and you could not help but enjoy being around her. She always put others before herself and went out of her way to help her family. She had a wonderful life filled with people that loved her. She loved the Lord, and she loved her family. She enjoyed sewing and gardening. She loved painting and artwork from the time she was young and studied it throughout her life. Most recently, she attended Northland Pioneer College, Show Low Campus in pursuit of a Bachelor's Degree up until the time her health deteriorated and prevented her from completing her degree requirements. She won several awards for her paintings, including the "Mayor's Choice" award for works she had shown locally. However, her crowning achievements were the shaping and forming of her children and her grandchildren throughout their lives. She is survived by 2 brothers, 4 sisters, 5 children, 23 grandchildren and 31 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents, two siblings, and one great grandchild. Services will be held at South Lawn Cemetery West Chapel in Tucson, Arizona on December 15, 2014 with viewing at 10:00 AM, Services at 11:00AM and graveside services to follow. Services will be officiated by Assistant Pastor Jim Howard of Tucson Baptist Temple. In memorial the family would request that in her memory, everyone spread love, joy and caring to others in their own family as Alice did in hers.
