Ann Yvonne Smith

Ann Yvonne Smith, age 86, passed away on October 20, 2014 at Summit Healthcare Regional Medical Center in Show Low, Arizona. She was born May 16, 1928 in Bushnell, Nebraska to Warren Eli Taylor and Lena Patrick Taylor. Ann was a good artist who enjoyed working with stained glass and oil painting. She taught herself to read music at the age of 52. Ann worked at Good Samaritan Hospital in the nurses training program and also worked for Phoenix General Hospital. She loved to grow flowers and had a beautiful garden of flowers at her home. She is survived by her daughter: Candace (Art) Kelley of Overgaard, Arizona. 4 grandchildren: Matthew (Danine), James, Thomas (Monica) and Erin (John). 5 great grandchildren. Graveside services were held in October at the Mountain Meadows Memorial Park in Payson, Arizona. Services were handled thru Owens Livingston Mortuary-White Mountain Chapel in Show Low, Arizona.
