John Henry Richard, age 88, passed away on Monday, November 24, 2014 at Webb's Adult Care Home in Snowflake, Arizona. He was born on April 1, 1926 in No Wata, Oklahoma to George and Ellie Richard. John joined the United States Navy and received training as an electrician, he also earned his High School diploma while in the service. He later became a Master Instructor of electricians in the Navy. He served in the United States Navy during World War II. the Korean War, and the Viet Nam War. He served his country for over twenty years, and retired as a Chief Petty Officer in 1970 with many Service Medals and Accommodations. He loved his country, his family, and the outdoors. He was loved and admired by his nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. He lived his life by his favorite motto, "Everyday is a holiday, and every meal is a banquet." He is survived by his wife Marguerite and a daughter Sheri Molchak. No public services are scheduled at this time. Arrangements were handled thru Owens Livingston Mortuary-Heritage Chapel in Snowflake, Arizona.
