Elaine Duryea Narcisco, age 75, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 12, 2014 at her residence in Cibecue, Arizona, surrounded by her children and grandchildren. She was born November 9, 1939 in Cibecue, Arizona to Ella and William Duryea. Elaine lived the majority of her life in Cibecue, Arizona. She worked as a clerk at Cibecue Knapp Store as well as Cibecue Trading. She worked at Cibecue Trading for more than 35 years. Throughout those years she met a lot of individuals who became life long friends. She enjoyed visiting with family and friends, but most of all her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She loved to participate in Sunrise Dances and enjoyed Apache songs with her morning coffee. She loved to talk on the phone to her grandkids to make sure they were okay and joke to with them. Most of all to simply remind her family she loved them. She enjoyed watching TV, sewing dresses and being around her family. She touched many lives and loved to help people as much as she could. Although she was home toward the end of her life, she enjoyed camping. She will be missed dearly. She is survived by her daughters: Betty Kitcheyan, Astasia Tessay and Tanya Narcisco. 2 sons: William Narcisco and Tom Narcisco, Jr. A daughter-in-law Beatrice Narcisco. 17 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, November 16, 2014 at 1:00 pm at the family residence in Cibecue, Arizona, 11 So. Dehose Lane. The wake will begin at 6:00 am at the family home in Cibecue, also on Sunday morning. Burial will follow at the Sunnyside Cemetery in Cibecue, Arizona. Arrangements were handled thru Owens Livingston Mortuary-White Mountain Chapel in Show Low, Arizona.
