Carl Spencer Armstrong of Hondah, Navajo County, Arizona passed away on Tuesday November 4, 2014 in Whiteriver, Navajo County, Arizona. He was 25. Carl was born to his parents, Patrick Armstrong and Larnita Perry in Phoenix, Maricopa County, Arizona on July 20, 1989. Carl attended school in Oklahoma and California and was very proud of the many experiences he had while in school. A very family oriented man, Carl was protective of his younger brothers and sisters and enjoyed being their "big brother." He was very close to his grandmother and was her caretaker for many years, this was always near and dear to his heart. He spent the last few weeks in making sure that his family knew he loved them very much. Carl had a smile that could light up any room. He was always laughing and joking and had such a great sense of humor. Carl was a great listener and always saw the positive in everything he said and did. He loved the outdoors and enjoyed fishing and cutting wood. A wonderful son, brother and friend Carl will be missed by all. He is survived by his parents, Patrick Armstrong of Whiteriver, Arizona and Larnita Perry of Phoenix, Arizona; brothers, Marlin Hooper Jr. of Seven Mile, Arizona, Cherub Josay of Phoenix, Arizona, Corwin Bancroft of Whiteriver, Arizona; sisters, Tyler Tortice of Hondah, Arizona and Fayrene Bancroft of Whiteriver, Arizona. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Spencer and Patricia Armstrong; cousin, Aurelio Rhodd and uncles, Leon Bead Sr. and Randy Bead. A one night wake will be held 10:00AM Monday November 10, 2014 at his residence, 410 S. Indian Pine Dr. house #4, Hondah, Arizona. Funeral services will be held 12:30PM Tuesday November 11, 2014 at the Whiteriver Baptist Church, Whiteriver, Arizona. Interment will follow in the Red Hill Cemetery in Cedar Creek, Arizona.
