Thomas Bowie Patrick

Tom died at home after a long battle with cancer on October 3rd, 2014. He was 61 years old. His wife, daughters, mother, siblings and friends were able to visit and give him their love, thanks and memories before his passing. Tom was born in Richmond, Virginia and moved to Arizona in 1956 with his mother and sister, Gwendolyn. He was able to move to the beautiful White Mountains in 1977 and lived in Lakeside for the rest of his life where he loved to camp, hike and explore. The beauty of the outdoors was always awesome to him and he was able to share that with his wife, Joan, his children and his grandchildren. He also loved to draw, play racquetball and fix things at his home and also for friends and family. Tom was a very loyal, loving man, calm and supportive through the challenges of life events. He was many peoples' "rock". Tom is survived by his wife Joan Patrick, his children Kellie and Leah Patrick; and his step daughters Rebecca and Tiadora Pearson. HIs grandchildren Addie and Kevin, mother Sustana, three brothers two sisters and many beloved friends. We will have a celebration of his life on Friday, October 17th at our home in Lakeside.
