Dollie Ann Young

Dollie Ann Mason Young, age 65, passed away on Sunday July 20, 2014 in Payson, Gila County, Arizona. Dollie was born on December 24, 1948 in Chandler, Maricopa County, Arizona where she attended Chandler High School. She married Richard G. Young on March 2, 1968 and they had six children together and were married until Richard's death in 1999. She was a homemaker and also worked as a cook in a restaurant in Quemado, New Mexico where her family made their home for several years. She is survived by two daughters, Billie Jo Leyba (Rick) of Show Low, Arizona and Deann Leal of Apache Junction, Arizona; three sons, Bobby Young of Payson, Arizona, Matthew Young (Jessica) of Lubbock, Texas and Michael Young of Show Low, Arizona; she is also survived by two brothers, Elmer and James Mason; two sisters, Connie Buchanan and Francis Rudd as well as nine grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Geneva Mason; her husband, Richard G. Young; son, Richard J. Young and two brothers and one sister. Funeral services will be held 1:00PM Saturday July 26, 2014 at the Owens Livingston Mortuary~White Mountain Chapel, 320 N 9th St., Show Low. Interment will be held at the South Park Cemetery in Roswell, New Mexico.
