Lucy Esparza Navarrete

Lucy E. Navarrete, age 50, of Show Low, Arizona, went to be with her mom Saturday, July 12, 2014, with her family by her side in Mesa, Arizona. She was born December 13, 1963 to Bernardo Esparza and the late Gloria Esparza in El Mirage, Arizona. Lucy was a loving and caring wife, mother, daughter, nana, sister, Tia and friend who loved to smile. At the age of 14 she met the love of her life, Daniel B. Navarrete. In 1990 Lucy and Dan brought their family to Show Low from Phoenix, Arizona. She enjoyed cooking and spending time with family. Lucy is survived by her dad Bernardo Esparza, her loving spouse of 35 years, Dan; two daughters, Gloria and Roxann Navarrete; one son Danny (Ashley) Navarrette; eleven grandchildren: A.J. Hernandez, Vanessa Hernandez, Joseph Hernandez, D.J. Navarrete, Kaitlyn Navarrete, Anthony Navarrete, Corbin Springfield, Breanna Navarrete, Tyson Navarrete, Marcelina Collins, and Isaac Collins; nine brothers and sisters and many other family and friends. She was preceded in death by her mom Gloria and a brother Arthur. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 19, 2014 at 11:00 am at Owens Livingston Mortuary-White Mountain Chapel, 320 N. 9th Street in Show Low, Arizona, with a viewing to start at 10:00 am that morning.
