Byron James McNeil passed away on June 10, 2014 at the age of 66. The son of Melba and Harold McNeil, Byron was born in Calgary, Alberta, Canada and moved with his family to California as a child. He leaves behind his loving wife of 43 years, Saundra, he is also survived by his children Amy, Joy, James and John, grandchildren Tori, Hunter and Duncan and his siblings Cheryl, Bettyann Don and Jeff. He loved the White Mountains and had dedicated his life to helping Native American tribes. His big heart, dedication to serving others, and boisterous laughter will be sorely missed. The public visitation and viewing will be from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M., Friday, June 13, 2014 at Owens Livingston Mortuary - White Mountain Chapel, 320 N. 9th Street in Show Low, Arizona. The funeral service will begin 10:00 A.M., Saturday, June 14, 2014 at the Show Low Stake Center of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 1401 West Deuce of Clubs in Show Low, Arizona, where additional visitation will begin 1 hour prior. The concluding service and interment will immediately follow at the Show Low Cemetery.
