Tommy Charles Amos, of Pinetop, Navajo County, Arizona passed away on June 6, 2014 at his residence in Pinetop. He was 65. Tommy was born, the youngest of 11 children, to his parents the late, Tom and Elizabeth (Brown) Amos on June 19, 1948 in McNary, Apache County, Arizona. He worked as a heavy equipment mechanic and in maintenance at the Williams Creek and Alchesay Fish Hatchery for over 30 years on the White Mountain Apache Indian Reservation before his passing. He loved to hunt and fish, but mostly he enjoyed dancing. He is survived by his children, Tommy M., Rusty, Stephanie (Johnny), Andrew and Alli; 6 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by his wife, Vicki Lynn Amos; his parents; sisters, Donna Thomas, Joy VanCleave and Linda Johnson. A graveside service will be held at 9:00AM on Saturday June 28, 2014 at the Lakeside Cemetery. Immediately following the graveside service a gathering for all family and friends will be held at the Amos Ranch.
