Earl Wilson Witman, Jr., was born in Harrisburg, Penn., March 22, 1942, and passed away on Friday, February 28, 2014 in Vernon, Arizona. Earl was an orphan that was finally placed with a loving family at age 7. He graduated high school in Pennsylvania. He worked as a service manager for mobile homes, a truck driver, and owned his own construction company. Earl suffered from an industrial accident that left him disabled. He started working with wood to occupy his time, becoming an artist creating beautiful scroll and intarsia pictures. He was a member of the Chandler Arts and Craft League prior to moving to Show Low where he joined The Art Alliance of the White Mountains. He leaves behind Patricia, his loving wife of 20 years, five children; Ronda, Michelle, Gary, Christopher and Diane. He has four other children from a previous marriage that he has had little contact with. We will hold a celebration of life for Earl at the White Mountain Life Church located inside The Art Alliance of the White Mountains (251 Penrod Road in Show Low) on Saturday, March 8, 2014 at 2:00 pm. Earl's sense of humor, love and caring personality will be missed by all those who knew and loved him. Arrangements were handled thru Owens Livingston Mortuary-White Mountain Chapel of Show Low, Arizona.
