In loving memory of Thomas L. Parker also known as Tommy. Tommy was born on September 23, 1954, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, January 30, 2014. Tommy enjoyed playing his guitar, singing, fishing, hunting, cooking, coaching, joking around with EVERYONE, participating in and watching sporting events. He also loved spending time with his family. But most of all he enjoyed reading his Bible and worshiping the Lord. He will be deeply missed and forever in our hearts. He is survived by his wife: Dorothy Parker, son Joseph Parker, daughters: Kim Titla, Shasheen Beatty, Janeva Altaha. 7 grandchildren, 7 godchildren, 5 brothers, 6 sisters, plus many relatives and friends. Gospel singers, church groups, and ministers are welcomed to pray and celebrate Tommy's entrance into eternal life. Tommy's body will be returned to his childhood residence, the Parker home in Whiteriver on Wednesday, February 5, 2014 at 10:00 am for a 2 night wake. Funeral services will be conducted at Canyon Day Miracle Church on Friday, February 7, 2014 at 10:00 am. Bishop Leroy Tate will be officiating. Tommy will be laid to rest at the Whiteriver Cemetery. Arrangements were handled thru Owens Livingston Mortuary-White Mountain Chapel of Show Low, Arizona.
