Gary Robert Keams

Gary Robert Keams, of Greasewood, Navajo County, Arizona passed away on Sunday, January 26, 2014 in Mesa, Maricopa County, Arizona. He was 52. Gary was born, the youngest of 12 children, to his parents the late Jack Keams Sr. and Mary Yazzie Keams on October 29, 1961 in Ft. Defiance, Navajo County, Arizona. Gary lived most of his life in Holbrook and Greasewood. He was a man of many talents that included, cooking, welding, an excellent auto mechanic, a jack-of-all trades in home repairs and ranching. He loved playing cards, listening to loud music and watching movies. Gary is survived by his children, Kristin Benally, Jodi Keams, Geraldine Keams and Shawn Keams; a grandchild, Reagan Benally; siblings, Alice, Johnny, Helen, Nelson, Earl, Clara, Betty, Phyllis, Kara, Margaret and Jack. Funeral services will be held 10:00AM Thursday, January 30, 2014 at the Holbrook Stake Center of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 1127 Helen Ave., Holbrook with the interment to follow in the Holbrook Cemetery.
