Richard C. Fountain

Richard C. "Dick" Fountain, of Overgaard, Navajo County, Arizona peacefully entered eternal rest on January 6, 2014 surrounded by his family at his home in Overgaard. He was 65. Dick was born to his parents the late, Richard Carl Fountain and Joyce Bostwick in Niskayuana, Schenectady County, New York on January 28, 1948. Dick honorably served his country in the United States Navy during Vietnam having obtained the distinguished rank of a Navy Seal. He loved hunting and fishing but most of all spending time with his family. He was a great father and grandfather and will be missed dearly by all. Dick is survived by his children, Brandy Fountain (Wayne Basehore)of Chandler, Arizona, Amiko Fountain of Phoenix, Arizona, Taffy Henry of Peoria, Arizona and Les Henry of Washington State; grandchildren, Porter, Parker and Peyton; companion, Adele Prochaska of Overgaard, Arizona as well as many extended family members and friends. Memorial services will be held at a later date.
