Lonnie Hansen passed away unexpectedly on December 27, 2013 surrounded by family in Show Low, Arizona. He was born August 26, 1981 in Show Low, Arizona. He was a loving son and brother whose larger than life personality inspired and touched every person who crossed his path. He had the kindest, most resilient soul with a spirit that couldn't be broken. Lonnie was a King in this world and will be in the next. Lonnie graduated in 2000 from Blue Ridge High School. He went on to graduate from Arizona State University in 2005 with a Bachelors Degree in Computer Information Systems. His prowess with computers took him all over the world working as a contractor for The Hackett Group. The majority of his professional career he resided in Redondo Beach, California. Lonnie loved music, fast cars and to travel. Thru work he was able to spend over a year living in Ireland which enabled him to tour Europe including; Scotland, London, Paris, Amsterdam and Germany. His favorite location he was able to visit was Bucharest Romania. Domestically he was able to work in Florida, Georgia, Arizona, New York, California and Tennessee where he was currently assigned. He is survived by his loving family; mother Mina Henning, father Don Hansen, sisters Tyrell Wiltbank and Jai Hansen, brother Josh Hansen, along with many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Lonnie had such a core of friends from high school on that were also like family, that he truly loved and cared for, including his second family in California, the Gasser family. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Gene and Amina Henning, Alice and Irwin Hansen, his aunt Rosalie Henning and his brother Hans Hansen. A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday January 4, 2014 at Blue Ridge Christian Center at 10:00 A.M., with a luncheon to follow. The Viking Funeral Prayer Lo, there do I see my father.
