Yazzie Bigman

Yazzie Bigman, 88, of Whitecone, Navajo County, Arizona died September 07, 2013 in Taylor, Navajo County, Arizona surrounded by loving family. He was the son of the late Bigman Nez and Late Widow Bigman. Yazzie was a former medicine man who helped many throughout the Navajo Reservation. He loved to tell stories, jokes and was a great mechanic. He is survived by his 8 children, Maggie (Charles) of Eagar, Bernice (Robert) of Holbrook, Laverne (Dickie) of Snowflake, Diane (Wallace) of Snowflake, James of Whitecone, Jimmy (Laverne) of Springerville, Harinda (Dan) of Taylor and Alfred (Eunice) of Eagar; 10 grandchildren; 35 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Phoebe Bigman; a daughter, Louise and a son, Larry. Funeral services will be held 10:00AM MST Friday September 13, 2013 at the Tse-Bii-Otseel Bible Church in White Cone, Arizona. Interment will follow the services at the Family Plot in White Cone.
