Robert Morris Koury

Robert Morris Koury, age 83, passed away Monday August 12, 2013 at Haven of Show Low (formerly Tall Pines). He was born on May 31, 1929 in Holbrook, Navajo County, Arizona to Toffe Joseph Koury and Florence Rose Amin. Robert worked for the Arizona Department of Transportation in their Maintenance Department. Robert is survived by his children, Debora (Richard) Powers, Paul (Kenny) Koury, Becki (Keith) Gross, Betsy Koury; grandchildren, Richard M. Powers, Amber Stimmel, April Koury, Charles A. Gross, Karen D. Gross, Daniel Sandoval, Jr., Sarah Sandoval, Marcus Sandoval, Jordan Sandoval, Anneke Sandoval, Kyara Sandoval; great-grandchildren, Gage Powers, Dillon Powers, Lydia Powers, Rion Stimmel, Ayla Stimmel, Serenity Stimmel, Chase Gross, Charles A. Gross, Cirissa Learch, Michaela Learch, Damon Baker, Brandon Baker, Gabriel Baker, Jesse Sandoval, Isaiah Aguilera, Damien Kennedy, Kiana Kennedy, Mia Sandoval, Ariza Sandoval as well as many nieces and nephews. A viewing will be held Sunday, August 18, 2013 from 6:00-8:00 P.M. with the Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 P.M. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Holbrook. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 A.M. Monday, August 19, 2013 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Holbrook. Concluding Services and Interment will be in the Holbrook Cemetery.
