Deana Ellen Boyce

Deana Boyce of Concho, Arizona passed away on Saturday, May 25, 2013 in Show Low, Arizona. She was 72 years old. Deana was born on October 19, 1940 in Morenci, Greenlee County, Arizona to her parents, Roy Dean and Edith Ellen (Burtcher) Johnson. She is survived by her husband of 13 years, Melvin Boyce; son, Danny Smith; daughters: Julia Goldthwaite, Alicia Horsman; mother, Edith Johnson; brother, Dennis Johnson; sister, Donna Ambrose and 7 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father, Dean Johnson and a daughter, Pamela Smith. Deana enjoyed gardening, feeding wild birds, and her pet dogs. She had a wonderful smile and sense of humor. She could make anyone smile and feel at home. The funeral for Deana will begin 11:00 A.M., Friday, May 31, 2013 at the St. Johns Stake Center of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints where the visitation will begin 1 hour prior. The concluding service and interment will follow at the St. Johns Cemetery.
