Beverly Jo Eldredge

Beverly Jo "Bev" Eldredge, 63, passed away on Sunday, May 19, 2013, at Summit Healthcare Regional Medical Center in Show Low. A Celebration of Life will be held at 11 A. M. on Saturday, May 25, 2013 the Joseph City Fire Department, located at 4513 Main St. A reception will immediately follow. Survivors include her loving husband of 43 years, Dan. They were married in Deming, New Mexico, on March 28, 1970. Bev is lovingly remembered by her son Robert "Tony" (Missy); grandchildren, Preston, Scotty and Julianne, and her cousin, Mike (Monica) Evans. Bev was born in Waco, Texas, on October 20, 1949. She graduated from Deming High School in 1967, and went on to earn an Associate of Arts degree from Cochise College in 1969. She also earned her Environmental Science degree from Arizona State University in 1994. She worked as a buyer for the Epicure shop at Levi's in Tucson. She was an employee of Arizona Public Service Company for 25 years. Bev enjoyed cooking, sewing, spending time with her grandchildren and teaching Bible study at the Church of Christ in Snowflake. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Joseph City Firefighter's Association. Owens Livingston Mortuary - Holbrook Chapel handled the arrangements.
