Robert D. Park

Robert D. Park passed away on May 12, 2013. Most of his friends called him "Bobby Dale". He was born on November 25, 1926 in Eureka, Kansas. He later moved to Raton, New Mexico. As a young man, he served in the U.S. Army during World War II in the Pacific Theatre. In 1948, he married Geraldine Chapman. They were blessed with one son, Larry R. Park. In 1965, Bob moved his family to Phoenix, where he went to work for the Phoenix Police Department. After 22 years, he retired and moved to Overgaard, Arizona where he had many wonderful friends. Bobby Dale loved the outdoors and western stories. He was a good man who was always willing to help his neighbors anytime or anywhere with what they needed. Bobby Dale is survived by his son; Larry R Park; 1 granddaughter; four grandsons; and 2 great-grandchildren. Owens Livingston Mortuary - White Mountain Chapel cared for the arrangements.
