Tony Charles Hill Sr., of McNary, Navajo County, Arizona passed away on April 30, 2013 at Summit Healthcare Regional Medical Center in Show Low, Navajo County, Arizona. He was 65. Tony was born September 1, 1947 in McNary, Navajo County, Arizona to parents, Carson Hill Sr. and Eleanor (Ethelbah) Hill and was a lifelong resident of McNary. Tony was employed at the Sunrise Ski Lodge for many years and was known to most as "Chuck" or "My Hand" to his KNNB fans. An avid sports fan he was an "Allstar" baseball player. He had a love of the outdoors and enjoyed fishing and hunting. Chuck was a lover of all foods, especially his Apache, Navajo and Mexican food. A plain and simple man Chuck will be missed by all but none more than by his own family. He is survived by his sons, Terry (Allison) Hill, Tony Hill Jr., Simon (Arlise) Hill; daughter, Tonita (Jeremy) Harvey; sisters, Tillie (Larry) Thompson, Beverly Fisher, Virginia (Ron) Reidhead, Coyla (Richard) Dahms, Genevieve (Steve) Yulwel, Carol Kim Hill and brothers, Harlan Hill Sr. and Consoni Hill. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Carson Jr., Freeman, Wilford, Milton and a son Carsonski "Ski-Boy" Hill. A one night wake will be held 10:00AM Monday May 6, 2013 at his home in McNary, 402 W Lost Lane. Home services will be held at 1:00PM Tuesday May 7, 2013 with the interment to follow in the Whiteriver Cemetery in Whiteriver, Arizona.
