Dixie Lee Campbell

Dixie Lee Campbell, 65 of Clay Springs, Arizona passed away peacefully in her sleep on February 8, 2013. She was born June 14, 1947 in McKinley County, New Mexico to George and Rebecca McDonald. Left to cherish her memory are daughters and their spouses Shuwana and Jerry Hinrichs of Durand, Illinois, Jennifer and Thomas Burkey of Lincoln, Nebraska and daughter-in-law Lucy Strebin of El Paso, Texas. Dixie was the proud Grandmother to Katie, Trent, Kyley, Kelsey, Kieran, Aurie, Robert, Michael, Christian and Joshua. In addition, she is survived by her siblings and their spouses and families, Donald McDonald, Robert McDonald, and Lorna Baird. She was preceded in death by her son Michael and her parents. No services as Dixie requested, It was Dixie's wishes to be cremated and she will be reunited with her son. The family plans a private memorial service at a later date.
