James Albert McNabb, age 63, passed away Wednesday, December 12, 2012 at his home in Holbrook, AZ. He was born May 19, 1949 in Holbrook, Arizona to Theodore Fisher McNabb and Julia Pauline Fracassini McNabb. Jimmy was a kind, gentle man who loved history, animals, Pres. Kennedy, building models, antique cars & collecting guns. He began surveying with his father and later worked for the Arizona Highway Dept for more than 10 years. Jimmy worked at the Cholla Power Plant for 26 years where he loved the people he worked with and his job. He is now whistling in Heaven. He is survived by 2 daughters: Stacy (Richard) Nowell and Amanda (Craig) Remos both of Holbrook, AZ; 2 grandchildren: Brooke & Brady Nowell; a brother: Teddy (Mona) McNabb of Holbrook; a sister: Judy Queen of Show Low, Az., and many nieces & nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, December 21, 2012 @ 11 am at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 212 E. Arizona St. in Holbrook. Rosary will begin at 10:30 A.M. & burial will follow at Holbrook Cemetery under the direction of Owens Livingston Mortuary Holbrook.
