Joseph Thomas Moore

Joseph "Joey" Thomas Moore passed away on December 10, 2012. He was born on March 3, 1981 to Thomas and Patricia Moore of Lakeside, Arizona. He was a well known barber and took over his father's barber shop (Deuce of Clubs Barber Shop, Show Low, Arizona) in 2010. Joey was a man nobody can replace. He had a very special way that warmed the hearts of everyone who knew him and the qualities that made him the wonderful person he was. He left us all with beautiful memories. Joey's greatest accomplishment was his daughter, Lyndsie. She is now 8 years old and his life was devoted to his little girl. He will forever be remembered for his incredible love for and devotion to his daughter, his family and friends. He had an infectious laugh, quick wit, and great compassion for people and was generous and kind to everyone he met. We were blessed with 31 years with him until he was called to heaven. Even though he is gone in body, his spirit is so powerful and will always be with us, watching over us and guiding us onto the right path in life. He lived life to the fullest and without exception and positive words and thoughts about everyone. He was always willing to help and would give a stranger the shirt off his back. He could not help but touch everyone and all who knew him will remember him with fondness. He spread laughter wherever he went, lightened the thoughts of those who were sad and unhappy. We will forever miss you Joey and keep you in our hearts. Life is but a stopping place, A pause in what's to be, A resting place along the road, To sweet eternity. We all have different journeys, Different paths along the way, We all were meant to learn some things, But never meant to stay Our destination is a place, Far greater than we know. For some the journey's quicker, For some the journey's slow. And when the journey finally ends, We'll claim a great reward, And find an everlasting peace, Together with the Lord. The celebration will take place at White Mountain Bible Church. The address is 3171 Show Low Lake Road, Show Low, Arizona. Joey had fun no matter where he was and we would like to send him off the same way. His family and friends would like to provide a positive focus on his life and invite you to join us in sharing our special memories of him.
