Lois Martha Duggins, age 73, passed away on September 17, 2012 at her home in Vernon, Arizona. She was born on February 4, 1939 in San Luis Obispo, California to Emile Raymond Bernard and Lois Ramona Bernard. She is survived by her husband Dale Charles Duggins, her sons Jeff Francis and wife Marlee, Bob Francis and wife Robyn, Darrel Francis and companion Lynette Allen, her step children Dale Duggins, Eugene Duggins, Rhonda Duggins, and Annette Kisto. Grandchildren Fahlon Francis, Steven Francis, Ryan Francis, Nathan Francis, Cody Francis, Aaron Francis, Sherrie Francis, Darrel Francis, Jr., Crystal Francis, and Shyanne Francis, Katelynn Duggins, Kevin Duggins, Dylan Duggins, Kayli Duggins, Alicia Kisto, Jason Kisto, Tauna Kisto and Matthew Wheaton. Great-Grandchildren Brinleigh Francis, Haley Francis, Lacey Francis, Allison Boswell, and Athene Boswell. She is also survived by her sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law Susie and Pete Acton, Donna and Eddie Stacy, Vicki Clark,and numerous neices and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents and her brothers Raymond Emile Bernard and Francis Herbert Bernard. Lois enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening and spending time with her family and friends. She retired from Basic Vegetable Foods in King City where she worked for quite a few years, living in the King City and San Lucas area of California before moving to Vernon Arizona in 1988 where she worked for the VFW, worked as a security guard, crossing guard and had a cleaning service. There was a Celebration of Life for Lois at her family home in Vernon, Arizona, on Saturday September 22nd for family and friends.
