Danette Mills Partridge passed away on Thursday, August 16, 2012 at her home in Socorro, New Mexico following a brave and valiant battle with cancer. She was 64 years old. Danette was born on December 3, 1947 in McNary, Arizona to her parents, the late Gilbur and Neola (Reidhead) Mills. She grew up in Show Low, Arizona and attended school in Show Low as well as Snowflake. She was a member of band and played the coronet. One of her greatest loves in life was her horses. Danette also loved to go hunting and camping. She married Terry Webb in 1962. Together, they had one child, Nova Lee. Danette has lived in Wyoming but has spent most of her married life in Socorro, New Mexico. She later married the true love of her life, Jerry Partridge on December 31, 2002. When she breathed her last those she loved the most, her husband, Jerry and her daughter, Nova Lee were at her side. Danette's family was very special to her and brought her years of joy and real happiness. She is survived by her: husband, Jerry Partridge; 1 daughter, Nova Lee (Edmundo) Soto; 2 grandsons: Jason Fejes, Skyler Soto all of Socorro; 1 great-grandson, Brennon Jay Robinson; 4 sisters: Yvonne (Robert) Gibbons, Darla (Dick) Baird, Norene Ellsworth, Chanda (Bill) Hunt; many nieces, nephews and cousins. Along with her parents, Danette was preceded in death by her nephew, Gilbur Dean Cook; her brother-in-law, Kenneth Ellsworth; mother-in-law, Joann Soust Partridge and by her step-daughter, Jillian Partridge. Danette's funeral service will begin 3:00 P.M., Saturday, August 25, 2012 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 1112 El Camino Real in Socorro, New Mexico where visitation will begin 1 hour prior. Memorial contributions in Danette's name to Hospice have been suggested by her family.
