Gary Robert Wands

Gary Robert Wands, longtime resident of Heber, Navajo County, Arizona, passed away at his home on Sunday, July 29, 2012 of an apparent heart attack. He was 54 years old. Gary was born, the oldest of four children, on August 11, 1957 in Hamtramck, Wayne County, Michigan to his parents, Robert and Arlene Joann (Good) Wands. Gary, being retired and ejoying the cabin life on the Mogollon Rim in Heber, surrounded himself with family and friends and filled his life with the things he loved and enjoyed the most. Gary was passionate about music, playing his guitars, enjoying the outdoors, traveling and being connected to the open road on his iron horse (Harley). Along with his parents, Gary his survived by his 2 brothers: Jerry Wands, Barry Wands; and by his sister, Mary Wands. Gary's family will be holding a private celebration of his life and ask that you take the time to do something you enjoy in special remembrance of Gary.
