Paul was born to Paul Ellison, Sr. and Sammie (Ramsey) Ellison on September 10, 1937 in Three Point, Harlan County, Kentucky. Graveside services will be held at 1:00PM Thursday, April 19, 2012 at the R.V. "Mike" Ramsay Memorial Cemetery in Snowflake, Arizona.
