Cheryl Lynn Ramsden "Cher", of Show Low, Navajo County, Arizona passed away March 31, 2012 at Summit Healthcare Regional Medical Center in Show Low. She was 64. Cher was born to the late Almer James and Norma Arlena (Batsch) Parker on October 4, 1947 in Ravenna, Portage County, Ohio. Cher loved and knew everyone she met. Never a stranger, her kind and gentle smile will be missed by all. She had a love for butterflies and dragons but nothing compared to the love she had for her family and friends. Her interests included reading, history and sewing. She is survived by her loving husband, Bob Ramsden of Show Low, Arizona; a daughter, Robyn Cunningham of Flagstaff, Arizona; a brother, James B. Parker (Nelda) of Dallas, Texas; sisters, Cindy Glud (Mickey) of Gilmer, Texas, Miriam Faye Johnson of Falmouth, Indiana as well as her "best friend" Jack. The family asks that in lieu of flowers donations be made in her name to the Human Society of the White Mountains, P.O. Box 909, Lakeside, Arizona 85929. Memorial services are scheduled for Wednesday April 11, 2012 from 6:008:00PM with services starting at 7:00PM at the Unity of the White Mountains Church, 257 N. Woodland (corner of Apache), Lakeside, Arizona. A second memorial service will be held on April 13, 2012 at 6:00PM at the Adair Funeral Home, 1050 N. Dodge Blvd., Tucson, Arizona 85716.
