Melanie Ann Hatcher

September 30, 1962 — February 10, 2012

Melanie Ann Hatcher, of Show Low, Navajo County, Arizona passed away suddenly on February 10, 2012 at Summit Healthcare Regional Medical Center in Show Low. She was 49. Melanie was born on September 30, 1962 in Newberg, Yamhill County, Oregon to Jessie Dean and Pamela Iberra (Rogers) Hanson. Melanie was an avid outdoorswoman who loved to fish. Her favorite spot was Hawley Lake and she was always planning a fishing trip to the lake. Melanie loved the beauty that Hawley has to offer and enjoyed just sitting on the shore waiting for a fish to bite. There were many times she would just take in the majestic glory of all the abundant wildlife surrounding her and not even worry if the fish were biting or not. She is survived by her loving husband, Earnest Hatcher; 3 boys, 3 girls, 3 brothers, 5 sisters, 4 aunts, 1 uncle, 12 grandchildren, 17 nephews, 8 nieces as well as her mother and step-father. Private services are planned.
