Gloria Anna Grantham Rawlings died Thursday, February 2, 2012 at the age of 81 years old. She was born on September 4, 1930 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to the late George and Ruby (Gates) Grantham. She was raised in Kingman, Arizona and graduated from Kingman High School, Class of 1948. After attending one year at A.S.U., she married Jerry Lee Rawlings on August 27, 1950. They moved to Show Low, Arizona to run the new Sho Lo Theatre. She was a member of Kingman's Daughters of the Mohave Pioneers. After moving to the White Mountains, she joined a bridge club and loved to play with the club members. She will be greatly missed. She is survived by her husband, Jerry Rawlings of Lakeside, Arizona; 3 children: Linda (Jim) Morrow of Lakeside, Arizona, Bill (Trudy) Rawlings of Lakeside, Arizona, Lori (Barry) Platts of Gilbert, Arizona; 12 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her only brother, George Grantham. The funeral service for Gloria will begin 1:00 P.M., Sunday, February 5, 2012 at Owens Livingston Mortuary - White Mountain Chapel, 320 N. 9th Street in Show Low, Arizona where visitation will begin 1 hour prior. The concluding service and interment will immediately follow at the Show Low Cemetery. Owens Livingston Mortuary of Show Low handled the arrangements.
