Nora Ann Yazzie

Nora Ann Yazzie, beloved mother, grandmother, sister and friend, passed away Monday, January 2, 2012 in Phoenix, Arizona. She was born November 10, 1952 in Winslow, Arizona to Henry Yazzie and Stella Begay Yazzie. Nora worked very hard at everything she did. She was a very proud mother and grandmother. Nora especially loved to spend time with her grandchildren and all of her extended family. She is survived by 4 children: Virgil Yazzie and Romero Yazzie of Greasewood, Arizona, Roberta Yazzie of Phoenix, Arizona and Henrietta Yazzie of Greasewood, Arizona; 3 grandchildren; a brother, Wilbert Yazzie of Greasewood, Arizona and 2 sisters: Alta Roan and Geraldine Yazzie of Greasewood, Arizona. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, January 10, 2012 at 11:00 A.M. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Greasewood Branch Building in Greasewood, Arizona. Burial will follow at the Greasewood Cemetery.
