Gabriela M Gallegos

Gabriela "Gabie" M. Gallegos, age 100, passed away Saturday, December 31, 2011 in Winslow, Arizona. She was born September 4, 1911 in Concho, Arizona to Matias Montoya and Isadora Dominguez Montoya. Gabie was a devoted Catholic who lived a full and wonderful life. She loved to travel and see different places. To Gabie, her grand kids were everything. She was also known as the Avon lady around town. She is survived by 3 children: Florence (Oesario, deceased) Trujillo, Gilbert (Frances) Gallegos and Stanley (Alice) Gallegos all of Holbrook, Arizona. 130 grand, great and great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ted K. Gallegos; a son, Ted Gallegos, Jr. and 2 daughters: Sally Martinez and Helen Maestas. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, January 4, 2012 at 10:00 A.M. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 212 E. Arizona St., Holbrook, Arizona with Holy Rosary at 9:00 A.M. Burial will immediately follow at the Holbrook Cemetery.
