Merrill Eugene Richards

Merrill Eugene Richards, age 80, loving husband and father, passed away Saturday, December 10, 2011 in Snowflake, Arizona. He was born May 18, 1931 in Dixon, Illinois to Charles Nathan Allen Richards and Winifred Richards. Merrill was an Eagle Scout, an avid stamp collector and he loved to be in the outdoors. He was also a former District Governor of the Lions Club and a lifetime member of the Snowflake-Taylor Lions Club. Merrill retired from the U.S. Forest Service. He is survived by his wife, Verbina "Binnie" Richards of Snowflake, Arizona; 2 children: Andrea J. (Raymond) Cook of Vernon, Arizona and Karl Richards of Snowflake, Arizona and a brother, Thomas (Mary) Richards of Mesa, Arizona. No services are scheduled at this time.
