Dawn Vernell Stotler

Dawn Vernell Buckner Stotler died Monday, June 13, 2011 at her home in Mesa, Maricopa County, Arizona following a sudden illness. She was 43 years old. Dawn was born on December 12, 1967 at Good Samaritan Hospital in Phoenix, Arizona to David Carlton and Nita Lee "DeeDee" (Meyers) Buckner. She graduated from Gilbert High School in 1985 and attended a couple of years at Mesa Community and Rio Salado Community Colleges. Dawn was naturally a quiet individual and appreciated the beauty of the world in which she lived. She loved her family and taught lifelong values to her children that will never be forgotten. Dawn is survived by her: husband, Mark James Stotler of Mesa, Arizona; parents: David & DeeDee Buckner of Mesa, Arizona; 4 children: Capri Conant of Mesa, Arizona, Austin John Conant of Mesa, Arizona, Harley James Stotler of Mesa, Arizona, Kyle Bernard Stotler of Mesa, Arizona; her sister, Marguss (Augie) Tantalo of Tempe, Arizona; her brother, D.J. (Jennifer) Buckner of Gilbert, Arizona and her dear friend, Mike. A special memorial service for Dawn will begin 10:00 A.M., Saturday, June 18, 2011 at the Monterey Ward Chapel of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 7145 E. Monterey in Mesa, Arizona 85209. Her family would like to thank everyone for all the expressions of sympathy expressed to them through thought and deed and are especially grateful for all the prayers offered on their behalf.
