Phoebe Antonio

Our dearly loved mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend Phoebe Antonio, 57, entered eternal rest on Tuesday, May 17, 2011. She was born January 28, 1954, in Canyon Day, AZ, the daughter of Francis and the late Betty Antonio. She was the 2nd of 11 children. Phoebe was a kind and generous person who enjoyed beading and putting together puzzles. In her past time she liked to cook, clean, and care for her grandchildren. She cherished spending time with her grandchildren. "She will be dearly missed by all." She is survived by her son Mitchell Antonio; her grandchildren Michelle Antonio, Jaquez Antonio, and Mitzi Antonio; sisters Lela Lacapa, Barbara Goklish, Veronica Antonio, Beverly Jackson, Mercy Antonio, Regina Cosay, Karen Clarkson and Roxie Baha; and brother Richard Antonio; aunts Mable Boni, Ingrid Palmer, and Evelyn Antonio; and many cousins, nieces, nephews, and grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her mother Betty Antonio; sister Velva Paxson; brothers Rocky Antonio and Davis Antonio; and niece Verlynn Fall. A two night wake will begin Thursday, May 26, 2011 at 10:00 A.M. at the Francis Antonio's Residence in Canyon Day, Arizona. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 28, 2011, 1:00 P.M. at Canyon Day Miracle Church and officiated by Reverend Marvin Begay. Interment will be at the Canyon Day Cemetery.
