Felipe E. Moreno

Felipe E. Moreno, of Holbrook passed away March 27, 2011 at his daughter's residence. He was 87 years old. Felipe was born April 5, 1923 in Grants, Cibola County, New Mexico to the late Rito and Christina (Martinez) Moreno. He worked many years as a restaurant dishwasher and was proud of the service he provided to the restaurant patrons. He was very thorough and considered no job to be insignificant. He worked hard throughout his life and at an early age learned that by the sweat of his brow, he would be able to support his family whom he loved so very much. Felipe is survived by a daughter, Rita J. White; a son, Phillip White. The Recitation of the Rosary will be held 9:00 A.M. Tuesday April 5, 2011 at Our Lady of Guadalupe, Holbrook, Arizona with The Funeral Mass of Christian Burial to begin at 10:00 A.M. Burial will be at the Holbrook Cemetery Arrangements are under the care of Owens Livingston Mortuary - Holbrook Chapel in Holbrook, Arizona.
