Lorenzo Lester

Lorenzo Lester, age 54, passed away Friday, December 31, 2010 in Holbrook. He was born September 7, 1956 in Keams Canyon, Arizona to Joe and Lucy (Yazzie) Lester. Lorenzo graduated from Snowflake High School. He loved working in the construction business as a drywall contractor. Lorenzo was a kind and giving man who loved his kids and was very proud of his grandchildren. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Lorenzo is survived by his wife, Cecelia Lester; 4 children, Donovan Lester, Loren Lester, Sheldon Lester, Forrest Lester; 4 grandchildren; 13 siblings, Louise Begay, Lemuel Lester, Marlene Lester, Norman Lester, Herbert Rockwell, Jr., LaBrenda Rockwell, Acey Rockwell, Arson Rockwell, Frederick Rockwell, Shawna K. Rockwell, Myrtis Rockwell, Tayah Rockwell and Christine Lester. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday, January 7, 2011 at the Indian Wells Branch Chapel of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Indian Wells. Interment will take place at the Yellowhair Family Plot (8 miles North of Indian Wells).
