Clara Eskey-Begay

Clara Eskey-Begay, age 53, passed Sunday, December 26, 2010 in Phoenix, Arizona. She was born June 16, 1957 in Winslow, Arizona to Henry and Elita (Attakaiz) Eskey. Clara's family was the most important thing to her; she loved being with them. She went to school in Joseph City and attended Phoenix College and Lampson College. Clara was in accounting for 27 years, working for Dial Corp. and VIAD Corp. She is survived by her husband, Leon; son, Randall Begay; step-son Leandro Shelltrack; mother, Alta Billie; 2 brothers, Bruce Kanuho and Lee Kanuho; grandmother, Irene Eskey; uncle, Roy Begay. Funeral services will be held 10:00 A.M., Friday, December 31, 2010 at the Joseph City Chapel of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints with the visitation to begin at 9:00 A.m.. Burial will be at the Joseph City Cemetery.
