Diane Elaine Dick

Diane Elaine Dick, of Linden, passed away peacefully August 12, 2010 at Bannon Springs Assisted Living in Vernon, AZ. She was 76. Diane was born January 6, 1934 in Los Angeles to the late Eugene M. and Ella Mae (Long) Davis. An avid gardener, she enjoyed all things outdoors. She loved to take walks, fish, hunt and cook. Diane loved her church family and her dog Penny, but above all she loved her family and spending as much time with them as she could. She was very proud of her new home and decorating and making it her own with her husband Richard. She is survived by her loving husband, Richard Edward Dick of Linden; sons, Dirk (Theresa) of Show Low, Timothy (Trudi) of Orangeville, CA, Richard of Orangeville, CA; daughters, Camille McCray of Torrance, CA, Therese (Curtis) Hooker of Torrance, CA, Laurie Long of Citrus Heights, CA; 14 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her only sister, Camille Jeannine Davis in 1951. The Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:00AM Thursday, August 19, 2010 at the St. Rita's Catholic Church, 1400 E. Owens, Show Low. A visitaion will be held from 6:00-8:00PM Wednesday, August 18, 2010 with the Recitation of the Rosary begining at 7:00PM at the church. Interment will follow the Mass in the Show Low Cemetery.
