Anna Mae Pulliam

Anna Mae Pulliam, age 83, passed away Monday, June 21, 2010 in Victorville, CA. She was born August 15, 1926 in San Diego, CA to Domingo Silvas and Clara Silvas. She married Arthur Pulliam on December 24, 1948; he preceded her in death on November 11, 2004. Anna retired from the Mattel Toy Company after many years and then moved to Overgaard, AZ. She worked at the Heber Circle K until 1991 when she left to care for her granddaughter Laurel. Anna loved life, working, playing the machines at HonDah, Bingo, entertaining and singing; even though she couldn't carry a note. Anna was a generous person who was always helping others. She is survived by her children: Julie (Manuel) Apalategui, Gracie (Ed) Woods, Rosie Pulliam, Push Pulliam; grandchildren: Manuel Richard Apalategui, Michelle (Joe) SanPedro, Matthew Apalategui, Laurel Woods, Baylee Pulliam, Jessyka Pulliam; great-grandchildren: Ritchie (Hailey) Apalategui, Zack Apalategui, Joseph Flores, Andrew Flores, Natalie Apalategui; great-great-grandchildren; Kinlee Apalategui. The Recitation of the Rosary will be held Tuesday, June 29, 2010 at 6:00 P.M. at Our Lady of The Assumption Catholic Church 3048 Hwy 277 in Overgaard, Arizona. The Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, June 30, 2010 at the same location. Burial will be at the Heber Cemetery.
