Rose Walker

October 13, 1922 — June 16, 2010

Rose Walker, loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother, went home to be with Jesus on Wednesday, June 16, 2010 in Lakeside, Arizona. She was born October 13, 1922 in Fairfield, TX to Walter Earl Lane and Cora Ethel Mullins Lane. Rose lived a simple life, but loved to share the words of Jesus with others. She graduated from Bible college and was a member of the Cornerstone Community Church. Rose was very involved in the Senior Citizens Center. Rose lived in the Lakeside area for 21 years where she made many many friends. She loved life and her dogs more than anything else. She is survived by 2 sons: Norman Edward Harris (Doris) of Eugene Oregon, George Falk of Lakeside, Arizona; 2 daughters: Shirley Morris (Tom) of Tucson, Arizona, Linda Nobles (J.B.) of Show Low, Arizona; 1 brother: Jack Lane (Geraine) of Clifton Arizona; 9 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; 6 great-great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. A memorial service was held on Sunday, June 20, 2010 which was conducted by Pastor Clay and Nancy Stidham. Arrangement were cared for by Owens Livingston Mortuary - White Mountain Chapel of Show Low, Arizona.
