Jessica LaDawn Young

Jessica LaDawn Young, age 23, died Saturday, February 23, 2008. She was born February 1, 1985 to Merrill Young and Julie (Ward) Hancock in Show Low, Arizona. She graduated from Valley Union High School in 2003. Jessica was a loving and devoted mother; she was a selfless and kindhearted person who always went out of her way to help others. She was a member of the Church of Christ in Holbrook, Arizona. Jessica was a real cowgirl who loved horses and rodeos. Jessica is survived by her son, Caiden Thomas Justice; fiancé, Jacob Justice; birth father and his family; father, Merrill Young; step mother, Michaela Young; brother Joshua White; sisters; Lindsey White and Kristin Young; uncle Frank Young; aunt, Juanita Young; grandfather, Lee Young; step grandmother, Sharon Young; birth mother and her family; mother, Julie Hancock; father Jed Hancock; sister Caitlin Hancock; uncle, Michael Ward; grandparents, Ken & Ann Ward and Lois & Gerald Hancock; grandmother, Jill Ellsworth; great grandparents, Paul & Beth Ellsworth; god parents, Dan & Kelly Greene; numerous aunts, uncles, family and friends. She is preceded by her grandmother, Lynnette Young. Visitation will be held Thursday, February 28, 2008 from 6-8 PM at the Owens Mortuary Holbrook 401 N. 1st Ave. Holbrook, AZ. Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Friday, February 29, 2008 at the Church of Christ 335 W. Erie Holbrook, AZ. A gathering of family & friends will follow the services at the Holbrook Fire Station #3.
